1Registration for the short course will be limited to 40 registrants. Therefore, we urge you to register for the short course ASAP.
Registration Policies
The workshop registration fee includes:
- Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area
- two breakfasts, two lunches, and one dinner
- Refreshment breaks as scheduled in the conference program
- Conference materials
The short course registration fee includes:
- lectures
- course materials
- one breakfasts, one lunches, and refreshment at breaks
Cancellation information
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the organizing committee immediately. A full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge if written notice is received four weeks prior to the workshop or short course. A 50% refund will be given if written notice is received two weeks prior to the workshop or short course. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after October 1, 2023, or for no-shows at the conference or short course, there will be no refund.
